Open a problem
One paragraph is enough. I read these myself and reply from hello@itsdad.io.
What happens after you send
Every message lands in my own queue — there's no support desk and no assistant in between. I read it, decide whether it's something I can actually solve, and reply from hello@itsdad.io, usually within one business day. If it needs more than a paragraph to answer, I'll say so and suggest a call instead of writing an essay.
What to include
The single task that's eating your week, what you've already tried, and the deadline if one exists. Screenshots and tool names help. You don't need a spec — a plain description of where the work keeps getting stuck is enough for me to tell you whether an existing build covers it.
The three answers you'll get
One: I already have a system for this, here's the build and the price. Two: I don't have one, but it's close enough to what I run that I can build it — here's the scope and timeline. Three: this isn't my lane, and here's who or what I'd look at instead. I'd rather send you somewhere useful than sell you something that won't hold up.
Support for something you bought
Already a customer and your download or access isn't working? Send the email address you purchased with and the name of the build. I can re-issue the file link directly — that's the fastest fix, and it doesn't require a new order.
