Getting started
- What does it cost?
- The Starter Kit is free — an email address is the only catch. The full ITS DAD AI Operating System is $47, one-time, and the kit tells you exactly where it goes deeper so you can decide later.
- How fast will I see anything from it?
- The kit is built around your first 90 minutes: ten jobs ordered by how quickly the payoff shows up. Most are things you're already doing by hand this week.
- Will this work for my kind of business?
- It's written for anyone running a business alone or nearly alone — freelancers, solo operators, small local businesses. It is not for teams looking for enterprise AI governance.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can type a sentence into a chat box, you can run everything in the kit. The prompts are written to be pasted as-is and adjusted to your business.
- What's actually inside the free Starter Kit?
- Ten practical jobs AI can take off your plate, the copy-paste prompts to run each one, and a 90-minute setup checklist that gets the first ones working the day you download it.
- What's the difference between the free kit and the $47 system?
- The kit is the starting point: ten jobs, ten prompts, one checklist. The AI Operating System is the full version — the complete prompt library, the workflows that connect them, and the operating rhythm I use to run ITS DAD itself. The kit tells you exactly where the system goes deeper.
- Which AI tools do I need?
- A chat tool you already have access to is enough — ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini all work. The prompts are written to be tool-agnostic, and the kit notes anywhere a specific capability matters.
Buying & delivery
- How do I get what I bought?
- Delivery is by email, the moment your payment clears. You get a secure download link, and anything you've bought also shows up in your account library so you can download it again later.
- I paid but didn't get an email
- Wait one to two minutes, then check your spam or promotions folder. Search for "ITS DAD" or the subject "Your download." If it is still missing, email brooks@itsdad.io with the address you used at checkout.
- The download link says expired or invalid
- Links are valid for 30 days. If yours expired, sign into your account and visit your library, or email me and I will refresh it.
- I used the wrong email address at checkout
- Email me from the address you want to use, with the address you accidentally paid with, and I will move your access over.
- The checkout form won't load
- Try disabling ad blockers or Brave shields for this page, then refresh. If it still fails, try a different browser or device. The payment form is served directly by Stripe.
- Is payment secure?
- Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe — your card details never touch this site. I see your email address and what you bought, nothing else.
- Do I need an account to buy?
- No. You can check out with just an email address. An account is created for you so your purchases are waiting in your library whenever you sign in.
Refunds & support
- What's the risk?
- For the kit: one email, unsubscribe in one click. For the paid system: a 14-day refund, no questions — email me and it's done.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Digital products are refundable within 14 days. Email me and I will process it — no argument, and you keep nothing you have to return.
- How do I unsubscribe from emails?
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately and you keep anything you've already downloaded or bought.
- Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?
- Me — Brooks. It's a one-person business, so your email goes to the person who built the thing. Email brooks@itsdad.io and I answer personally.
Services
- Do you do hands-on work, or just sell systems?
- Both. The systems are do-it-yourself. If you'd rather have someone build it with you — local visibility, Google Business Profile, AI workflows for your shop — that's what the Services page is for.
- Where do you offer services?
- Local-business work is centered on Greer, Greenville, and the Upstate South Carolina area. Remote AI workflow and systems work is available anywhere.
- How do I start a service engagement?
- Pick the service on the Services page and send the request form — it asks what you're trying to fix, not for a deposit. I reply personally with next steps and a stated price before anything starts.
