Links stay valid for 30 days. Sign into your account and open the library — everything you've bought can be re-downloaded from there, any time.
Open your libraryYou want a refund
Digital products are refundable within 14 days. Email me the address you paid with and it's done — no argument, no form.

Email me from the address you want to use, mention the address you accidentally paid with, and I'll move your access over.

- I paid but didn't get an email
- Wait one to two minutes, then check your spam or promotions folder. Search for "ITS DAD" or the subject "Your AI Agents Course download." If it is still missing, email me at brooks@itsdad.io with the address you used at checkout.
- The download link says expired or invalid
- Links are valid for 30 days. If yours expired, sign into your account and visit /library, or email me and I will refresh it.
- I used the wrong email address
- Email me from the address you want to use, with the address you accidentally paid with, and I will move your access over.
- The Stripe form won't load
- Try disabling ad blockers or Brave shields for this page, then refresh. If it still fails, try a different browser or device. The form is served directly by Stripe.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Digital products are refundable within 14 days. Email me and I will process it — no argument, and you keep nothing you have to return.
