1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses itsdad.io, holds an account, subscribes to software including Overwatch, or uses a purchased product. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited conduct — the site and software
- Attempting unauthorized access to any account, database, storage bucket, admin area, or API.
- Probing, scanning, or testing security without permission (responsible disclosure is welcome — see the Security Policy).
- Scraping at a rate that degrades the service, or circumventing rate limits.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from paid software, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- Uploading malware, or using the service to distribute it.
- Interfering with delivery, billing, webhooks, or another user's access.
- Creating accounts by automation, or using false identity information to obtain access or refunds.
3. Prohibited conduct — products and licenses
- Reselling, redistributing, or republishing purchased files. Full detail is in the Digital Product License Agreement.
- Sharing download links or credentials outside the licensed person or organization.
- Using purchased material as machine-learning training data.
- Removing attribution or copyright notices.
4. Prohibited conduct — content and AI
- Generating or distributing material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors.
- Using AI features to impersonate a real person or organization deceptively, or to produce fraudulent or misleading commercial claims.
- Building spam operations, phishing, or deceptive marketing on top of anything bought here.
- Using the tools to violate someone's privacy or intellectual property rights.
5. Reporting abuse
Report anything that looks like abuse of the platform to support@itsdad.io. Copyright complaints follow the process in the Copyright & DMCA Policy. Security vulnerabilities follow the Security & Responsible Disclosure Policy.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity I may warn you, revoke a license, suspend or close an account, cancel a subscription, or report the conduct to law enforcement. Termination for a material breach does not entitle you to a refund.
Where the breach is plausibly a misunderstanding, expect an email asking about it before anything is switched off.
