Overview
What AI Business Scorecard actually is
Rate 15 areas of your business from 0 to 3 — lead capture, follow-up, quotes, customer questions, scheduling, admin, content, reviews, data entry, reporting, invoicing, SOPs, onboarding, catalog updates, and research.
You then run the priority formula (frequency × minutes × people × impact) on everything scoring 2 or 3, pick your top three opportunities, and write down one first workflow with a named owner and a target improvement.
What you finish with: a scored snapshot of where your time is leaking, a ranked shortlist, and one workflow chosen deliberately instead of by hype. The natural next step is the AI Quick-Start Kit, which installs that workflow in seven days.
