1. FTC disclosure
This disclosure is made under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). ITS DAD LLC participates in affiliate and referral programs, which means some outbound links on this site pay me a commission or referral credit if you sign up or buy through them.
Your price is never higher because you used my link. In many cases it is lower, because referral programs pay both sides.
2. Where affiliate links appear
- The affiliate marketplace and category pages, where every listing is a third-party product.
- The perks and referral hub, which lists cash-back, fintech, and buy-now-pay-later referrals such as card, wallet, and shopping apps.
- Inside articles and resources, where a tool is mentioned in context.
- Occasionally in email, always labeled.
Outbound affiliate links are routed through tracking paths on this domain so I can see which recommendations are useful. That tracking is covered in the Cookie Policy.
3. The standards I hold myself to
- I only link to something I have used, tested, or would be comfortable recommending to a friend who asked.
- A commission never changes a recommendation. If a free or cheaper option is genuinely better, that is what I say, commission or not.
- If I stop using or trusting a tool, its link comes down.
- Sponsored content is labeled at the top, before you read it. Sponsors do not review or approve content and have never had editorial control.
- I do not accept payment to write a positive review, and I do not publish fabricated testimonials or ratings.
4. Third-party products are not mine
When you buy or sign up through an affiliate link, your contract is with that merchant. Their terms, privacy policy, pricing, support, and refunds apply — not mine. I cannot refund a third-party purchase, and my Refund Policy does not cover it.
Cash-back, sign-up bonuses, and referral rewards are set by the third party and can change or end without notice. Amounts shown here are what was advertised when the page was written, not a promise.
5. My own products
Products, software, and services sold on itsdad.io are mine. That is not an affiliate relationship — it is the business. Those are governed by the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and License Agreement.
6. Partner program
If you promote ITS DAD products as a partner, you must disclose the relationship in your own content to the same FTC standard, and you may not make earnings claims about the products. Reciprocal partner terms are provided when a partner link is issued.
