Local Growth

Own the map pack in your service area

Most local businesses lose the map pack to a competitor with worse service and a better maintained listing. I rebuild your Google Business Profile, then run it every week — posts, photos, Q&A and reviews — and send you one page a month showing what actually moved.

$450 one-time audit · $650/mo full service · month to month, no contract.

What you get

The whole listing, run like a system

Not a one-time cleanup that decays the week after I leave.

  • Full profile audit with a prioritized fix list
  • Category and service rebuild
  • Photo and media buildout
  • Weekly post cadence, written and scheduled
  • Review request system installed
  • Q&A seeding and monitoring
  • Monthly grid rank report

Case studies

What a run actually looks like

These are the real shapes of the work I do, written out step by step. I do not publish client results or before/after numbers yet — when a client agrees to share theirs, it goes here with their name on it.

Run 01

Single-location trades business

Profile created years ago by a former employee. One primary category, eleven photos, no posts, four reviews with no replies.

The work

  • Recovered ownership and cleaned duplicate listings
  • Rebuilt primary and secondary categories against what actually ranks in the service area
  • Loaded a real photo set: team, trucks, before/after, storefront
  • Turned on a weekly post cadence and a review request that goes out at job close

What gets measured

Grid rank across the service area, review count and velocity, and the calls, direction requests and website clicks Google reports each month.

Run 02

Food and hospitality

Strong review count, but hours were wrong on holidays, the menu link was dead, and Q&A had unanswered questions sitting at the top.

The work

  • Fixed hours, special hours and every attribute Google exposes for the category
  • Replaced the broken links and pointed them at pages that actually convert
  • Seeded and answered Q&A so the top questions read like the owner wrote them
  • Set a posting rhythm tied to the real calendar, not filler

What gets measured

Direction requests, calls from the profile, and photo views month over month.

Run 03

Clinic / appointment-based

Two listings for the same address, services not itemised, and no way to book from the profile.

The work

  • Merged the duplicate and consolidated review history
  • Itemised every service with descriptions that match how patients search
  • Wired the booking link and tracked it separately from organic site traffic
  • Installed a review loop that asks once, at the right time, and never nags

What gets measured

Bookings attributed to the profile link, plus grid rank on the three core services.

FAQ

Questions I get every week

What exactly do you do to the profile?

Ownership and duplicate cleanup, category and service rebuild, hours and attributes, a real photo and video set, weekly posts, Q&A seeding and monitoring, and a review request system that runs on its own. Then a monthly grid rank report so you can see what moved.

How long before I see movement?

Profile fixes show up within two to three weeks. Ranking movement across the map grid typically shows over six to ten weeks, and it keeps compounding while the cadence runs.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and nobody credible does. Google does not sell placement and it does not take promises. I guarantee the work gets done on schedule and reported honestly, including the months where the number goes the wrong way.

What do you need from me?

Access to the profile (or help recovering it), a way to reach someone who can confirm hours and services, and photos when you have them. I shoot the rest of the list myself from what is already on your site.

Can I just do this myself?

Yes. The whole process is documented, and the free checklist below is the first pass of it. This service exists for owners who do not have the hours, not because the work is secret.

What does it cost?

A one-time Profile Audit is $450. The full rebuild plus the weekly cadence is $650 a month for a single location. Multi-location is quoted per location with a one-time rebuild fee.

Do you lock me into a contract?

No. The retainer runs month to month. If it is not earning its keep, tell me and we stop.

Do you write fake reviews?

Never. The review system asks real customers at the right moment. Anything else risks the listing you are paying me to protect.

Ready to take the listing seriously?

Tell me about the business and I'll come back within one business day with a start date or an honest no.
